I noticed this too when I took a new character through there. Two rune drops in the same instance from some Charr I was fighting. I was pretty amazed as I'd never seen one before in pre-searing... ever, but then I read up on the patch and it made more sense.
Another new feature of pre-searing I've noticed is that the weapons you receive for completing quests are now blue items. Same damage etc as they used to be, but with special properties. I'm not sure if the same is true for post-searing yet, but it probably is. |

Well, Algren, then how come, over three characters, have I never gotten a max damage item ever from a Charr.
If you mean max stat, like +30 health Hale head, then I realize that can happen any time. But if you mean like a 15-22 damage longsword, that's where I'm confuzzled. |
